“Such a brilliant space and the best views in Hout Bay, looking out over the nature reserve at the back of Table Mountain. No better view to have with your morning coffee or evening drinks! We had access to the garden and pool and our kids loved that, as well as having John and Michelle’s boys to play with. The cottage has everything you need and although the kitchen is small, it was perfect. Super comfy beds with great linen. All in all, an amazing cottage! Would come back anytime!!”

"We really loved staying at Ether Cottage! It is a beautiful place in a quiet and safe surrounding. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the patio, garden, pool and braai. Even load shedding (which is common in South Africa) was not a big issue due to candles & torches being provided. We are traveling with a baby and this place was just perfect for us. Michelle & John even provided us with a travel cot which our baby boy loved very much :-) They are great hosts and easy to communicate with. We can definitely recommend Ether Cottage and would come back any time."
